Website Privacy Notice
Version 1.0 — last updated 6 August 2026
This notice explains what we do with personal data on our public website, coworkkit.ai. It's deliberately short, because the website does very little with your data. If you create a Coworkkit account, our fuller Privacy Policy for the product applies in addition to this.
LAVAN LABS LTD, registered in England & Wales, company number 17361107, registered office 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. Contact: privacy@coworkkit.ai.
If you join the waitlist
Requesting beta access stores one record:
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| Your email address | to send you the verification code, and to tell you when access opens |
| A verification code and its expiry | to confirm the address is yours |
| Your position in the queue | to show it to you |
| Where you came from — the referring page and any campaign tags on the link | to understand which channels bring people who sign up |
| Your browser's user-agent | to spot automated signups |
We don't store your IP address, and we don't ask for anything else.
Lawful basis: legitimate interests — you asked to be told when the product opens, and we keep just enough to tell you. We use this only to send you that access message and the verification code — not marketing — and we keep the record until the beta closes, until you become a customer, or until you ask us to delete it (privacy@coworkkit.ai), whichever comes first.
Analytics
The website uses two analytics tools, both configured so they can't identify you and store nothing on your device:
- PostHog, on EU infrastructure, in memory only — no cookie and no local storage, so nothing survives closing the tab; autocapture and session replay are off.
- Plausible, cookieless by design, counting page views with no per-visitor identifier.
Between them we see page views and which buttons were pressed, in aggregate. Lawful basis: legitimate interests. Because nothing is stored on your device and nothing is shared for advertising, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations don't require your consent — which is why there's no banner.
What we keep on your device
No cookies. The site saves a few preferences in your browser's local storage so it looks the same when you return — your colour mode, your chosen wallpaper, and your place in the queue if you have one. They stay on your device, are readable only by this site, and clearing your browser's site data removes them.
Who processes this data
| Provider | What they do | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel | hosts and serves the website | EU / US |
| Supabase | stores the waitlist records above | EU |
| PostHog | website analytics | EU |
| Plausible | website analytics | EU |
| Resend | sends the verification / access email | EU / US |
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email privacy@coworkkit.ai — we'll respond within one month.
Complaints
You can complain to a data protection authority. In the UK that's the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). In the EU or EEA, your local supervisory authority.
Changes
We may update this notice; the version and date at the top will change.
